Any balance remaining unpaid after the resale will be referred to our collection agency, and or small claims court. Our normal commission charge will apply on re-sale.
Any purchase which has not been fully paid will be resold at the next available opportunity to mitigate damages to Switzer’s Auction. We will attempt to charge your credit card partial amounts until the amount is paid in full. Our Consignors are paid based on the hammer price, therefore, we will make every attempt to mitigate damages to Switzer’s Auction.
